Privacy Policy for FAFO 100 Radio

This privacy Policy applies to the FAFO100 Radio mobile applications on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) platforms, built via Radio.co's mobile app service.

1. General Use of Radio Stream
When you connect to our radio stream, your IP address is sent to the Radio.co streaming service to track listening trends and provide royalty reporting to licensing bodies. Once Radio.co receives your IP address, it is immediately anonymized, deleted, and cannot be traced back to you. This data is never sold or shared with third parties.

2. iOS App (Apple App Store)
The FAFO100 Radio iOS App does not collect any personal data when it is installed or launched on your device. The app only communicates with Radio.co servers tp load preferences and connect to the stream. It does not collect identifiers, names, or emails.

3. Android App (Google Play Store)
The FAFO100 Radio Android App does not collect any personal user data during use. However, it may monitor the device's media playback state (e.g., idle or in-call status) to properly manage audio playback. It may also access local storage solely for app configuration. At no time does it capture phone numbers, call content, or other personal content.

4. Push Notifications
Radio.co collects a unique device identifier if you opt in to receive push notifications from FAFO100 Radio. You may disable these push notifications at any time from your device settings.
5. Third-Party Data Collection
Apple and Google may collect anonymous usage data associated with the app according to their respective policies. FAFO100 Radio and Radio.co do not collect or share this data.

6. Data Security & Retention
Only anonymized IP addresses are briefly used for royalty tracking. No personal listener data is stored, sold, or linked back to any individual.

7. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
If you're located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under GDPR, including:

-Access, correction, or deletion of any stored activity data.

-The right to restrict processing or object to data use.
